This is an excellent opportunity for internationally trained consultants seeking career growth, a competitive salary, and a rewarding professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, and arrhythmiasConduct comprehensive cardiac consultations, clinical examinations, and cardiovascular risk assessmentsPerform and interpret ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory cardiac monitoring, within authorized clinical privilegesEvaluate and manage patients with chest pain, palpitations, valvular heart disease, and cardiomyopathiesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based cardiology guidelinesProvide preventive cardiology services, including cardiovascular risk reduction, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease managementAssess and stabilize patients presenting with acute cardiac conditions and coordinate emergency interventions when requiredInterpret relevant diagnostic investigations, including cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and laboratory investigations, within the physician's expertiseCollaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and other multidisciplinary specialistsEducate patients regarding cardiovascular health, medication adherence, and long-term disease managementEnsure compliance with DOH regulations, cardiology clinical protocols, and patient safety standardsRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree.Recognized postgraduate qualification in Cardiology, with appropriate Internal Medicine training where required.Board certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualification.American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirable.Minimum 5-10 Years Of Relevant Post-specialization Experience Preferred.Strong expertise in clinical cardiology, echocardiography, cardiovascular diagnostics, and cardiac disease management.Eligible for DOH Consultant Cardiology classification/license in Abu Dhabi, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements.BenefitsCompetitive salary package and attractive employment benefitsOpportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility in Abu DhabiModern cardiology facilities and advanced diagnostic technologiesMedical insurance and annual leave, subject to applicable employment termsExcellent career growth and professional development opportunitiesLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
