Content Creator £32,000–£37,000 Permanent ContractPredominantly Field-based (UK travel) with some office-based working. The Talent Movement is recruiting for a Content Creator to join an organisation at the forefront of technology, innovation and sustainability.This is a varied, hands-on opportunity for a creative individual who enjoys finding great stories and bringing them to life through engaging written, visual and digital content.Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help showcase exciting projects, innovations and real-world impact to a wide range of audiences.The RoleCreate engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters and digital campaigns.Film, photograph and edit content at events, project sites and business locations across the UK.Turn complex or technical subjects into clear, accessible and interesting stories.Produce graphics, short-form videos and other digital assets.Manage content from initial idea through to editing, approval and publication.Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.About YouExperience in a hands-on content creation, digital marketing or communications role.Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.Confident filming and editing video, alongside photography and graphic design.Proficient with content creation and editing tools.Comfortable working independently, engaging with different people and capturing content on location.Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.The OpportunityAn opportunity to work across a really diverse range of projects, combining creative freedom with meaningful, real-world subject matter.You'll suit this role if you enjoy variety, are equally comfortable behind a camera as you are writing engaging content, and want to see the impact of your work.Some office working may be required on occasions and applicants will be prioritised that are a commutable distance to an office location: York, Edinburgh, Oxford or Newport, England.
