Cost Controller – Construction Projects | Ibiza

Testi Construction is seeking a Cost Controller to join our Ibiza office on a permanent basis, with responsibility for the financial and production control of construction projects in Spain.Proposed compensation:€40,000–€45,000 gross per year, depending on experience.Main responsibilities:– preparing and updating project budgets, forecasts and cost programmes;– monitoring actual costs, committed costs and forecast costs to completion;– controlling purchase orders, invoices, labour, plant, materials and subcontractor costs;– analysing cost variances, productivity and project profitability;– preparing regular management reports for the Directors and CFO;– working closely with the Production, Operations, Purchasing and Estimating departments.The candidates should have experience in cost control for construction, engineering or MEP projects, together with excellent Excel skills, strong analytical ability, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.Professional Spanish is essential.English and Italian would be considered an advantage.
