Watching tutorials is not learning; doing is. Every lesson combines a short concept video with immediate practice on real Indian business datasets, mastery-gated progression, and diagnostic feedback that shows learners exactly where their understanding falls short.Practon is being built by Quantify Tech Pvt Ltd. The product is in development, the team is being assembled, and launch is on the horizon. We want people who will do work that is visible and credited.The RoleAs Curriculum Design Lead, you will own the learning experience at Practon. This is a curriculum architecture role, not a content writing role. You will decide how students learn data skills on the platform, design the problems they practice on, and write the feedback they receive. You will report directly to the founder and work closely with the technical team.The quality of our content is the biggest factor in whether learners improve. This role carries that responsibility directly.What You Will DoDesign and own the learning path structure, starting with SQL and extending to Python, Excel and data analyticsWrite practical exercises grounded in real Indian business contextsBuild and curate datasets for the practice environment (IPL, e-commerce, fintech, census and similar)Write diagnostic feedback that tells learners what went wrong, why, and what to do nextDefine mastery criteria for each concept: what “ready to move forward” looks likeWork with the technical team to refine the practice environment using learner dataSet content quality standards and style guidelines for all future content, and review exercises regularlyWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence or data consulting at a reputed firmA deliberate move since then into curriculum design, instructional design or EdTech contentStrong working knowledge of SQL and Python; Excel is a plusA clear understanding of how adults build technical skills, and of the gap between understanding a concept and applying itThe ability to write exercises and feedback that are precise and useful to a learner who is stuckExperience designing for digital, self-paced learning (preferred)What We OfferFounding ownership: you will build the curriculum from scratch, with real creative latitudeDirect impact on whether learners become job-readyCompensation: ₹9–12 LPA fixed, negotiable for the right candidateHousing support of up to ₹25,000/month for candidates relocating to RaipurEquity discussion for the right candidateTo ApplySend your CV and a note of up to 200 words on one data skill you think is commonly taught badly online, and how you would teach it differently, to hiring@practon.com.
