Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job description:GravityFree is seeking an Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist and support our staff with a focus on building and sending email and SMS campaigns for our florist clients. This hands-on supporting role works alongside team members to develop campaigns and automations, and analyze and report on performance with the goal of driving sales for 90+ clients across both channels. This position suits someone early in their digital marketing career who works independently on assigned tasks, does not wait for instructions, and is ready to take on more over time. This is a junior position.We help locally-owned florists dominate their markets against national competitors, and we do it by being the best digital floral marketing company in North America. We work hard to do what we believe is the right strategy for our clients, and we love doing it.Essential duties and responsibilities:Build, schedule, QA, and send email and SMS campaigns using approved templates, campaign briefs, copy, and creative.Gather and assemble campaign content in spreadsheets from teams and florists, and follow up when something is missing.Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign ideas, requirements and goals, share progress updates, and solicit feedback so campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.Track and analyze campaign performance, and share results, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders to increase sales.Help develop and maintain automated flows with guidance.The ideal candidate:Has at least two years of experience in digital marketing.Is highly organized with strong time management skills, and can swiftly re-prioritize tasks and deadlines in response to changing client needs.Maintains high standards for quality, checking every detail before anything goes out.Is self-motivated and proactive, taking a task and keeping it moving from start to finish.Is curious and tech-leaning, enjoys figuring out how tools work, and is eager to learn, ask questions, and grow.Has excellent writing skills.Bonus: GA4, experience using AI beyond chat, agency or e-commerce experience.How we work at GravityFree:We care about each other and the work, welcome differences, and embrace change.We share ideas, listen, collaborate, and settle on the best solution regardless of whose idea it was.We care about everything we do, ask questions, and sweat the details.
