Director of AftermarketSalary: $175,000 - $200,000 base + bonus and benefits

Location: Peoria, IllinoisThe opportunityWe are seeking a commercially driven Director of Aftermarket to lead aftermarket strategy and growth for a construction equipment manufacturer.This senior role will focus on increasing parts and service revenue, strengthening dealer relationships and improving customer retention throughout the equipment lifecycle.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute aftermarket growth and profitability strategies.Drive parts, service and product support revenue.Strengthen dealer performance and distribution capabilities.Improve parts availability, inventory performance and customer service.Develop service agreements, maintenance programmes and digital aftermarket solutions.Lead teams and collaborate with sales, supply chain, engineering and product management.Monitor revenue, margins, customer satisfaction and operational KPIs.What we're looking forSignificant leadership experience in aftermarket, parts, service or product support.Background in construction equipment, heavy machinery or industrial equipment.Proven success growing aftermarket revenue and profitability.Strong understanding of dealer networks, parts distribution and field service.Commercial acumen, P&L experience and excellent leadership skills.
