EHS Officer

Ensure full compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at the electronic components manufacturing plant. Minimize risks of accidents, chemical incidents, and emission system failures while guaranteeing that working conditions meet all legal and standard requirements.Responsibilities1. Occupational SafetyDevelop, review, and update occupational safety procedures and regulations for each production area.Monitor the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention, and areas with strict machinery/equipment safety requirements.Investigate the root causes of occupational accidents and safety incidents, and propose corrective and preventive actions.Conduct occupational safety training for new employees, contractors, and visitors.Periodically inspect the safety of manufacturing machinery systems, ESD, industrial electricity, voltage stabilizers, and soldering fume extraction systems.2. Occupational HealthCoordinate the inspection of the working environment, including lighting, dust, noise, and chemical vapors (IPA, flux, etc.).Coordinate the planning of periodic and occupational health check-ups for employees.Manage employee health records and conduct occupational risk assessments for each position.3. EnvironmentMonitor the treatment of emissions, wastewater, and hazardous waste.Periodically monitor the working environment (if applicable).Prepare periodic environmental reports as required by authorities.4. Legal Compliance & Continuous ImprovementUpdate and disseminate new HSE legal regulations (Law on Occupational Safety and Health 2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).Participate in internal audits and customer audits related to HSE.

Requirements

Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent fields Experience: 1–2 years of experience in the HSE fieldKnowledge: Understanding of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESD control.Functional Skills: Safety & Risk Assessment, Environment & Occupational Health, System & Compliance, Electronics Factory Specifics.Safety & Risk Assessment: Proficiency in incident investigation and risk assessment.System & Compliance: Internal auditing and legal update tracking.Electronics Factory Specifics: Machinery safety inspection and ESD control implementationOther Abilities: Communication & Training Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Attention to Detail
