Jackson James is thrilled to be assisting a family owned organization which has been in business over 150 years and mould its D365 F&O operations as its ERP Director.My client, based in Texas is looking for an experienced candidate to take the next step in their career overseeing a D365 F&O team as the Director, as it plans it's next step in an ambitious expansion plan. With a generous base salary of up to $275k and a handsome bonus they are looking for someone who has an extensive knowledge of D365 F&O who can drive continuous improvement within the business ensuring they are utilizing the full capability of their business applications.The role would allow you to still remain as ‘hands on’ as you see fit, while helping those less knowledgeable to grow and flourish under your leadership. You will be charged with keeping your finger on the pulse of the D365 F&O world as the team learns to stand on its own feet reducing its dependency on its implementation partner, by growing its internal team.With the D365 F&O system still being under utilized by the business, this is a great opportunity to put your own stamp on things transferring, those best practices you have learned in your many years working within the D365 space to an open minded forward thinking organization.Relocators would be considered!NO 3rd parties.
