We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Production personnel to lead end-to-end execution across events, exhibitions, activations, conferences, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

--Manage complete event/exhibition operations from planning to execution-Coordinate with vendors, production teams, venues, and internal departments-Handle fabrication, logistics, setup, dismantling, and onsite execution-Manage budgets, timelines, manpower, and operational quality-Lead operations for the respective project and ensure smooth project delivery-Troubleshoot onsite challenges and manage high-pressure situations professionallyWhat We’re Looking For:-5+ years of experience in events/exhibitions/experiential marketing-Strong vendor management and negotiation skills-Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities-Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously-Comfortable with travel and flexible event schedulesMust have:Agency/event industry backgroundExperience with exhibitions, corporate events, retail activations, or large-format productionsStrong operational planning and execution skills📍 Location: Pune - NIBM 🕒 Full-Time RoleIf you’re passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and can handle execution with precision and calm under pressure, we’d love to hear from you. #Hiring #EventProduction #Events #Exhibitions #EventManagement #ExperientialMarketing #Production #EventJobs #OperationsJobs
