Events Planner

We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established events and hospitality business specialising in premium sporting events, corporate hospitality and bespoke experiences.We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Events Planner / Event Manager to join a growing team and take ownership of events from initial planning through to successful delivery.The RolePlan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and external partners.Manage event logistics, timelines, budgets and operational requirements.Source and coordinate catering, entertainment, production and event staff.Conduct site visits and prepare event schedules.Oversee on-site event delivery, ensuring an excellent guest experience.Work closely with internal teams to ensure events are delivered to a high standard.Manage post-event reporting and budget reconciliation.About YouMinimum 2 years' experience in event planning, coordination or management.Previous experience delivering events from planning through to execution.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.Experience managing event budgets and logistics.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.A background in sports hospitality, corporate events, luxury hospitality or experiential events would be highly desirable.What's on Offer?£38,000 salary.20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve off.Early finish on Fridays.Hybrid working (one day from home after probation).Wellbeing initiatives and fitness classes.Regular company socials, incentives and trips.Career development and mentoring opportunities.Additional company benefits.This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about events and hospitality who is looking to develop their career within an exciting and fast-paced environment.
