F&A Analyst

Company profileOur client is a NASDAQ listed late-stage Biotech company with offices in the Netherlands (Leiden) and the USA. They are seeking to recruit an FP&A Analyst to strenghten their Finance team. In this rol eyou will report to the Director FP&A and cooperate closely with teams in The Netherlands and the USA. You will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business analysis across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and analytical finance professional to develop their FP&A career while contributing to a company preparing for future growth and commercialization. The role is fulltime (40 hours per week) and the company offers a hybrid working model. However, the candidate must already live in the Netherlands, preferably within commuting distance of the Leiden office. Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-range planning processesPartner with departmental stakeholders to gather assumptions, build forecasts and track performance against planPrepare monthly and quarterly budget-versus-actual and forecast-versus-actual analyses and identify the main performance driversDevelop reporting packages and dashboards covering financial and operational performanceSupport monthly management reporting and Executive Leadership Team, Board and investor-related materialsCollaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Commercial and G&A functionsUse financial systems and business-intelligence tools to deliver timely analysisParticipate in process-improvement initiatives and conduct ad hoc analyses supportingCandidate profile· Educated to a University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field· 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, consulting or accounting· Hands-on experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance-analysis processes· Excellent Excel and financial-modelling skills, with sound knowledge of financial reporting and planning concepts· Experience with ERP systems, planning tools and business-intelligence solutions is advantageousSalary70/80k Base + Bonus + RSU's + excellent benefitsPlease do not apply if you do not live in the Netherlands and are not available full-time (40 hours.
