You'll work directly with client teams to find the use cases worth pursuing, shape how the solution fits their daily work, and stay close enough after launch to prove it's paying off.You'll pair with Forward Deployed Engineers on full-time contract engagements with enterprise teams in industries like energy, healthcare, financial services, and industrial operations. You own the business side of the deployment: discovery, workflow design, configuration, training, and measuring results. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be at home in a spreadsheet, a SQL query, or a prompt, and able to hold your own in a room with engineers.If you come from consulting or operations and have watched good technology go unused because nobody owned the rollout, this role is that owner.What You'll DoLead discovery with client stakeholders to map workflows and pick the use cases with the clearest payoffTranslate what you hear into requirements an engineer can build againstConfigure and test AI tools and workflows, including writing and refining promptsTrain end users and build internal champions, because change management decides whether a rollout sticksTrack adoption and ROI with real data, then turn it into a story leadership can act onServe as the client's day-to-day point of contact on scope, timelines, and expectationsField feedback goes back to the engineers from you, so the next iteration fixes what users actually hitQualificationsBackground3+ years in management or technology consulting, solutions consulting, implementation, or enterprise customer successStrong structured problem solving: you can walk into a messy process and come out with a clear planData fluency in Excel or Google Sheets, with SQL or Python a plusHands-on use of current AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in your own work, and a point of view on where they help and where they don'tClear writing and presenting, with executives and frontline teams alikeComfortable juggling several stakeholders and some ambiguity without losing the threadNice to HaveTook an AI deployment, automation project, or enterprise software rollout from kickoff to adoptionIndustry background in healthcare, energy, financial services, or industrial operationsProject management or change management experienceWhy Join UsYou'll work alongside engineers and strategists who've delivered AI across a lot of enterprise environments, and you'll be the reason the work lands with the people it's built for.
