Founding Graphic Designer | Claude Code & AI

We're building a creative agency where exceptional design meets AI-native production.We're looking for our first founding designer. Someone who can take ownership of the agency's entire creative output, from brand identity and social campaigns to digital experiences, presentations, and motion.What we're looking for:Exceptional visual taste and a strong, versatile design portfolio.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.Experience across branding, social media, digital design, and art direction.Professional, hands-on proficiency in Claude Code.Practical experience with Claude Code Skills, MCP servers, CLI tools, and AI-powered creative workflows.Ability to independently manage creative projects from concept to delivery.A builder's mindset: someone who can design, experiment, automate, and execute.Motion design, 3D, creative coding, and web development are significant advantages.Important: This is not a traditional graphic design role. Claude Code proficiency is a core requirement, not a bonus.
