Remuneration: $500 Monthly Basic + 15%–25% Sales CommissionAbout OTOOTO is an established wellness brand specialising in massage chairs, massage equipment, and innovative wellness products designed to bring relaxation and well-being into everyday life.We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven TikTok Livestream Host to join our team and become one of the faces of OTO!If you love being on camera, enjoy engaging with audiences, and know how to turn conversations into sales, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesHost TikTok Livestreams: Conduct engaging and interactive livestream sessions to showcase OTO's range of wellness and massage products.Drive Sales Conversions: Effectively introduce product features, demonstrate benefits, highlight promotional offers, and persuade viewers to make purchases.Engage With Viewers: Actively interact with audiences, respond to questions, handle objections, and create an enjoyable livestream shopping experience.Create Livestream Teasers: Produce short teaser videos ahead of each livestream session to attract viewers and drive traffic.Be a Face of OTO: Occasionally participate in OTO's marketing and social media video content. Additional remuneration for video modelling appearances can be discussed separately.RequirementsPrior experience in TikTok livestream hosting, preferably in e-commerce or product sales.Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills.Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage with different audience segments.Good understanding of TikTok's livestream shopping features and audience engagement techniques.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards sales targets.Able to work independently from home with a suitable environment for livestreaming.Available to host livestreams at least 5 days per week, including both weekends.Remuneration & Commission StructureThe more you sell, the more you earn!Monthly Basic Salary: SGD $500 to $1,500 (based on sales achievement tiers)Sales Commission: 15%–25% (based on sales achievement tiers)Progressive Commission Structure: Achieve higher sales milestones to unlock higher commission rates.Additional video modelling fees may be negotiated for selected marketing content appearances.We believe in rewarding performance.
