ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team at The20. In this role, you will work on a variety of design projects, including internal initiatives and outsourced Web3 projects for clients.You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop engaging visual content, contribute to brand development, and deliver high-quality designs across digital platforms. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects, expand your design portfolio, and gain hands-on experience in the Web3 industry.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign visual content for social media Create website graphics, banners, landing pages, and UI elements optimized for user experience.Develop illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for blog posts and marketing materials.Ideate and execute creative concepts that drive community engagement and virality.Adapt and optimize designs for each social platform (X, Telegram, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).Stay ahead of the latest design trends in cryptocurrency, Web3, and social media.Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.REQUIREMENTSMandatory Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a strong advantage).Strong skills in Figma and UI design (layout, components, basic UX).
