Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service in line with the brand’s standards.Welcome guests and ensure a refined dining experience.Supervise and coordinate service activities within the assigned section.Guide and support the service team to maintain excellent service standards.Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and mise en place.

Requirements
