Housekeeping Manager - The Rivus Branded Residences

We are looking for Housekeeping Manager - the Rivus Residences (Ho Chi Minh)Mission: The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading and managing all housekeeping operations across luxury villas, clubhouses, amenity facilities, and common areas. The role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene, and asset care while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for homeowners, residents, guests, and visitors.This position plays a key role in maintaining the property's luxury image and service standards through effective team leadership, quality assurance, and a resident-centric approach focused on attention to detail, personalization, and service excellence.What will you have to do?Operations & Service ExcellenceOversee daily housekeeping operations for villas, common areas, recreational facilities, and administrative spaces.Ensure all areas are maintained to luxury residential and hospitality standards at all times.Conduct routine inspections and quality audits of villas, amenities, and public areas.Develop and implement cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning programs, and asset preservation initiatives.Coordinate villa readiness for owner arrivals, guest stays, special events, and VIP visits.Maintain appropriate inventory levels of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment. Resident & Guest ExperienceDeliver personalized, professional, and discreet housekeeping services.Build positive relationships with homeowners, residents, and guests.Respond promptly and effectively to service requests, feedback, and complaints.Support special occasions, events, and personalized resident experiences.Ensure confidentiality and respect for resident privacy at all times. Leadership & People ManagementLead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to achieve operational excellence.Conduct training, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning.Manage workforce scheduling, productivity, attendance, and grooming standards.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional service. Financial & Administrative ManagementAssist in preparing and managing the departmental budget.Monitor expenses, inventory levels, purchasing activities, and cost-control measures.Prepare operational reports and analyze performance indicators.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service quality. Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.Implement safe handling and storage procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Support sustainability initiatives and promote environmentally responsible practices. What are we looking for?EducationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred. ExperienceMinimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences, private clubs, or high-end residential communities is preferred.Local experience is requiredLanguages:Native in Vietnamese and good communications in English
