Location: KolkataReporting To: DirectorExperience: 4-7 years in HR, with strong exposure to Talent AcquisitionEducation: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR shall be an additional advantageNotice: 15- 20 DaysSalary: 6 to 7 Lakh Role OverviewManager - HR will own end-to-end HR operations for VMD, driving talent acquisition through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels, and managing the complete employee lifecycle from joining formalities to exit formalities.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end talent acquisition - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels across functionsManage the complete employee lifecycle, from joining formalities to exit formalities, ensuring smooth transitions at every stageOwn onboarding and induction, ensuring new hires are documentation-compliant and integrated quickly into the organizationMaintain and update HR documentation, records, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee personal filesConduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlement, relieving, and experience letter processesPartner with department heads to understand manpower needs and build strong recruitment pipelinesManage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursementHandle employee enrolment and PF & ESIC registration in line with statutory requirementsDrive KPI & KRA management, including goal-setting, tracking, and performance reviewsSupport HR policy implementation and employee engagement initiativesSkills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing and pipeline-building via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platformsGood knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, from joining formalities to exit formalitiesWorking knowledge of labor law and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsProficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS tools; comfort with AI-based recruitment tools shall be an advantageHigh ownership, discretion in handling sensitive employee matters, and ability to multitaskAbout VMD: vikasmedical.com
