IT Business Analyst - Front Office / Hedge Fund

IT Business Analyst required to join a leading Hedge Fund. You will join a front-office aligned team focused on enhancing trading workflows, execution platforms and business processes across global markets. This role sits at the intersection of trading, operations and technology, working closely with traders, portfolio managers and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives and platform enhancements.ResponsibilitiesPartner with traders, portfolio managers and business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points and define solutions.Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and functional documentation.Coordinate with technology teams throughout the development lifecycle to support delivery and issue resolution.Support platform migrations, workflow enhancements, onboarding initiatives and trading technology projects.Conduct UAT, manage stakeholder communications and track project progress, risks and dependencies.Requirements3 - 8 years experience in business analysis, project delivery, trading operations, consulting or trading technology within financial services.Understanding of trading workflows and the trade lifecycle.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and supporting testing activities.If you are interested in this role and would like to find out more information on the work involved, please apply to the advert for immediate consideration.You are also welcome to add me on LinkedIn to stay in touch for future opportunities.
