As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for driven individuals to strengthen our backbone functions.Role OverviewResponsible for managing IT assets, providing hardware and software support, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the Head Office, retail stores, and Gurgaon warehouse. The role includes CCTV monitoring, new store IT setup, employee onboarding/offboarding support, network troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and maintaining IT security and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Asset Management: Maintain HO, store, and warehouse IT asset records, including allocation, handover, returns, repairs, warranty, AMC, and inventory verification.Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, operating systems, applications, and basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues.Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate with HR for IT equipment, user access, asset handovers, recovery, data backup, and account deactivation.Store IT Support: Resolve IT and connectivity issues across retail stores through remote and on-site support.CCTV Management: Troubleshoot IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, recording, storage, and remote access; maintain store-wise CCTV documentation.New Store Setup: Coordinate IT and CCTV installation, testing, and handover for new store openings.Warehouse IT Support: Manage IT equipment, network connectivity, and day-to-day technical support for the Gurgaon warehouse.Network & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with IT/CCTV vendors and ISPs for installation, repairs, warranty claims, and issue resolution; maintain network documentation.IT Security & Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, OS updates, security patches, and ensure compliance with IT security policies across Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS devices.
