IT Specialist – AI & Technology Solutions

We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist with strong technical knowledge and practical experience using AI tools to support and improve the company's technology and daily operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling IT support, troubleshooting, system administration, and identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency across Al Salah Holding's tourism, restaurant, and hospitality businesses.Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.Manage user accounts, access permissions, system configurations, and basic IT security procedures.Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.Research, test, and implement suitable AI tools for business applications, content creation, reporting, and administrative processes.Support the integration and effective use of software, business applications, and digital tools across different departments.Monitor system performance, maintain IT documentation, and ensure technical issues are addressed efficiently.Stay updated on emerging IT technologies, AI developments, and automation solutions relevant to the company's business operations.RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar technical role.Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking.Practical experience using AI tools for business or operational purposes.Good understanding of Microsoft Office and common business applications.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to non-technical employees.Good understanding ofIT security, user access management, and data protection.Ability to research, evaluate, and introduce suitable technology solutions.Previous experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, restaurants, or resorts is a plus.Experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation, or system integrations.Familiarity with cloud platforms, business systems, ERP, CRM, or HR software.Knowledge of AI automation platforms and tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Make, or n8n.Experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple departments or business locations.
