About PMPPortugal Property Management (PMP) provides comprehensive property management solutions, supporting property owners in maximising the performance and potential of their properties.We combine operational expertise, commercial insight, and a personalised approach to property management, delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of property owners and maximise the value of their investments.About the Role We are looking for a Junior Business & Revenue Analyst with strong analytical skills, an interest in working with numbers, and a commercial mindset.You will support our Business Development and Revenue Management activities through market research, revenue forecasting, property performance analysis, and reporting. Your work will help the team assess new business opportunities, monitor property performance, and identify opportunities to improve revenue.As you gain experience and confidence, you will gradually become more involved in communicating with property owners, helping them understand performance results, market trends, and opportunities to improve their property's revenue potential. Over time, the role may develop towards an Owner Liaison position.Previous experience in Revenue Management or property management is not essential. We are looking for someone with analytical potential, attention to detail, commercial curiosity, and a willingness to learn.What You'll DoBusiness Development & Market Analysis: Research market trends, assess potential new properties, and support revenue forecasts and commercial proposals.Revenue Management & Performance: Monitor property performance, analyse key metrics, and support pricing strategies to improve revenue and occupancy.Owner Performance & Reporting: Prepare performance reports, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and gradually support communication with property owners.Distribution & Collaboration: Help maintain accurate pricing and availability across distribution channels, working closely with Revenue Management, Business Development, Sales, and Property Management.What We're Looking ForAbove all, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analysing information, and understanding what drives business performance.You should have:Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.An interest in data analysis, forecasting, and business performance.Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.Commercial curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.Attention to detail and good organisational skills.Good communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly.Fluency in Portuguese and English.A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn.A degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field will be an advantage.Previous experience in Revenue Management, Business Development, property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals is welcome but not essential.What Do We Offer On-the-job training: Learn about property performance, revenue forecasting, pricing, and market analysis with guidance from the team.Practical experience: Develop hands-on skills using data and tools to support commercial and operational decisions.Professional development: Gradually take on new responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow.A collaborative environment: Work closely with different teams and gain a broader understanding of the property management business.Interested?If you enjoy working with numbers, are curious about business performance, and want to develop your analytical and commercial skills in the property management sector, we would love to hear from you.
