Laboratory Technician - NGS(Lok Ma Chau Loop)

NGS Laboratory Technician（Lab location--Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, Lok Ma Chau Loop)Job Responsibilities:1. Strictly follow the SOP to complete the production and quality control shooting of routine projects, ensuring the progress and quality of sample DNA extraction.2. Verify the task list, information list, and actual samples, ensure the completion of sample testing within the time specified in the task list, the entire testing process strictly follows the relevant SOP operations, and meets the requirements of laboratory operation specifications.3. Assist the extraction team leader in completing difficult project extraction, new method testing, SOP formulation, data statistics, internal training in the department, and daily affairs management, etc., to improve production efficiency.4. Have experience in operating the following instruments,or have experience operating similar instruments:· Automated Extractor: Tiangen S96 Automated Extractor, Kingfisher Fully Automated Extractor, and other nucleic acid automated extractors.· Nucleic Acid Quality Inspection Equipment: Agilent2100, LabchipGX, Qsep400, and other fragment quality inspection equipment.· Concentration Detection: Nanodrop, ELISA, Qubit, Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, etc.

Job Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a life science discipline, such as Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field.2. At least one year of relevant industry work experience; exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered.3. Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, interpersonal relationship management, and organizational coordination abilities.4. Proficient in identifying and solving problems, agile, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with strong logical thinking skills.5. Ability to work using Cantonese and English as working languages.岗位职责：1. 严格按照SOP完成常规项目的生产和质控的拍摄，保证样本DNA提取进度与质量；2. 核查任务单、信息单和实际样品，确保在任务单规定的时间内完成样品检测工作，整个检测过程严格按照相关SOP操作，并且满足实验室操作规范要求；3. 协助提取组长完成疑难项目提取、新方法测试、SOP制定、数据统计、部门内部培训及日常事务管理等工作，提高生产效率。4. 有以下仪器操作经验：自动化提取仪：天根S96自动化提取仪、Kingfisher全自动化提取仪等核酸自动化提取仪核酸质检仪器：Agilent2100、LabchipGX、Qsep400等片段质检设备浓度检测：nanodrop、酶标仪、qubit、凝胶电泳、pcr仪等岗位要求：1. life science学科毕业本科及以上学历，如分子生物学、遗传学、生物化学、生物信息学等相关专业；2. 有一年以上的行业内工作经验，优秀应届生也考虑；3. 性格开朗，具有良好的沟通能力、人际关系处理能力及组织协调能力；4. 善于发现问题解决问题，反映敏捷，严谨细致，抗压及逻辑思维能力强；5. 可将粤语、英语作为工作语言使用。
