With its avant -garde superyacht inspired design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the nautical trilogy alongside the wave -shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic sail -inspired Jumeirah Burj Al ArabAbout the JobThe main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Adhere to Train and Develop colleague process standards in the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of training and development activities.Manage the L&D Library/ PdriveSupport the Learning and Development Manager in ensuring that Madinat Jumeirah is meeting group & business unit training targets and objectives.Deliver Madinat Jumeirah Welcome ProgramDeliver bespoke training as required by the businessAccountable for updating notice boards and plasma screensAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:College graduate preferably with Post Secondary CertificateTrain the Trainer, or equivalentCompetent and experienced in the delivery of front line level colleague courses (D & E Grade colleagues).Fluent in English – written and spokenIntermediate level - Microsoft Office applicationsWritten and spoken native language in country of operation, e.g. Arabic in UAEPrevious use of learning management software systems.
