A private family in Dubai is looking for an experienced Live-out Butler / Personal Assistant to support the household and family office.

The butler is present when required by the family; otherwise, coordination can be handled online. One month’s leave is granted during the family’s absence from Dubai.The family lives in Dubai approximately 4 months a year (October–May), travels every month, and does not stay in Dubai during the summer.Key responsibilities:Running personal errands, shopping, and organizing the employer’s leisure timeOrganizing travel, bookings, services, and eventsGreeting and escorting guests, table setting, and servingMaintaining order, cleanliness, and a presentable interiorMonitoring and maintaining household equipmentCoordinating cleaning services for balconies, facades, and special areasCoordinating housekeepers: cleaning, laundry, and kitchenMonitoring food, beverage, and household goods suppliesMonitoring driver performance, vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and documentationRecording and monitoring pet care, including dogsPlanning dinners, private parties, and special eventsMaintaining records and monitoring household expenses, purchases, and budgetEnsuring family privacy, protecting personal information, and monitoring home/system security

Requirements

Relevant work experience as a Butler / Personal Assistant / Household ManagerFluent English — C2 levelDiscretion, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
