Manager - IT Project Management Office ( UAE National)

Job PurposeResponsible for supporting the Project Management Office in the governance, tracking, reporting, and coordination of the bank’s IT project portfolio. The role provides analytical support to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved standards, timelines, budgets, and governance requirements. Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, finance, risk, compliance, and vendors, the PMO Senior Analyst maintains project data quality, prepares portfolio dashboards, highlights risks and dependencies, supports benefits tracking, and enables informed decision-making across the project lifecycle.Duties and ResponsibilityThe PMO Senior Analyst operates in a fast-paced banking technology environment where accurate portfolio visibility, disciplined governance, and timely escalation are critical to successful delivery. The jobholder supports multiple concurrent IT and business transformation initiatives by maintaining reliable project information, coordinating governance activities, preparing management reporting, and supporting project managers in applying PMO standards. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and an understanding of banking technology delivery, regulatory expectations, audit requirements, vendor governance, and project financial controls.QualificationBachelors/Master’s Degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Applications. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project governance, portfolio reporting, business analysis, or IT project delivery, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.Relevant Experiance should includeBanking technology project delivery or PMO support experience PMO governance, reporting, and documentation Project planning, tracking, RAID management, and status reportingProject financial tracking, budget monitoring, and vendor coordination Stakeholder coordination and governance forum support Business analysis, process improvement, or project controls experience Experience in a bank, financial institution, IT organisation, consulting organisation, or enterprise PMO environment is preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
