WDP Jets Aviation is hiring a strategic, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to take ownership of the company’s brand, image, public relations and marketing.WDP Jets Aviation is a Dubai-based private aviation company specialising in bespoke jet charters, aircraft leasing and sales, air ambulance and medical flights, cargo coordination and pet travel. As the guardian of the brand, you will shape how UHNW clients, partners, media and industry stakeholders experience WDP Jets, and you will approve everything that goes out under our name.WHAT YOU WILL DOBrand, Image & AdvisoryOwn the brand’s positioning, tone of voice and visual standards across every channelAdvise management on brand image, reputation and growth, and recommend improvementsBuild the public profile of the company and its leadershipReview and approve all external materials before they go outSales AlignmentWork closely with the sales team to align campaigns with revenue targets and pipeline needsEnsure sales messaging, proposals and client materials reflect the brandTrack lead quality with sales and adjust campaigns to deliver qualified enquiriesPR & MediaOwn the PR strategy: press releases, media relations, interviews and coverageBuild relationships with UAE, GCC and international media, including aviation trade pressSecure thought leadership, speaking and award opportunitiesPrepare and manage crisis communicationsContent & Social MediaOwn Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, with a structured content calendarDirect photo and video shoots with aircraft, crews, FBOs and partners, working closely with our in-house graphic editorGrow engagement, reach and qualified enquiries while protecting a luxury imageCampaigns & PerformancePlan and execute campaigns from concept to completionSet up, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedInTrack every enquiry from first click to bookingManage the website, SEO and CRM-based email marketingReport monthly on performance, leads and return on spendPartnerships & EventsDevelop partnerships with luxury hospitality, yachting, real estate and lifestyle brandsCoordinate industry events, trade shows and client eventsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOREssential: proven PR experience, with published coverageEssential: proven experience marketing to HNW/UHNW clients3+ years in marketing, communications, PR or brand managementExperience working with sales teams against shared targetsHands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta AdsStrong social media, content strategy and branding skillsExcellent written and verbal EnglishHighly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with Zoho or similar project management tools, and Google WorkspaceAbsolute discretion with client informationA MAJOR PLUSPrivate aviation, luxury travel, yachting or ultra-luxury service experienceExisting UAE/GCC media relationshipsExperience advising leadership on image, reputation or personal brandingExperience directing shoots and working with creative teamsCanva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Premiere Pro skills (you will work alongside a dedicated graphic editor)Arabic language skillsWHAT WE OFFERFixed monthly salary of AED 8,000Commission on deals generated through your campaigns or direct sales, with the structure discussed in person at interviewFull ownership of a luxury aviation brand’s image, PR and marketingDirect access to leadership and exposure to UHNW clients, global partners and industry eventsUAE employment visa and health insuranceHOW TO APPLYApply via LinkedIn and answer all screening questions.
