The engineer will be responsible for the execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC projects, with a strong focus on VRF/VRV systems and central air-conditioning systems.Key responsibilities include reviewing and preparing HVAC drawings and designs, performing cooling load calculations, supervising copper piping works, selecting appropriate pipe sizes, and overseeing Branch/Refnet installation. The role also includes pressure testing, vacuum procedures, installation and connection of indoor and outdoor units and control systems, as well as testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VRF systems.The engineer will supervise technical teams on-site and ensure that all installation and commissioning activities are completed according to project specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven hands-on experience in HVAC projects, particularly VRF/VRV systems.Practical experience in the installation and commissioning of VRF/VRV and central air-conditioning systems.Proficiency in reading, reviewing, and preparing HVAC drawings and designs.Ability to perform cooling load calculations.Experience with copper piping, pipe sizing, Branch/Refnet installation, pressure testing, and vacuum procedures.Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor unit installation, connections, and control systems.Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting VRF systems.Ability to supervise technicians and manage HVAC installation activities on-site.Good understanding of HVAC technical standards, specifications, and safety requirements.Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
