Odoo Implementation Specialist

Al Ihsan Charity Association – Ajman is looking for an experienced Odoo Implementation Specialist to join the project team during the final phase of our Odoo 18 Enterprise implementation and support the project through Testing, UAT, Data Migration and Go-Live.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and support Testing & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with different departments and end users.* Prepare and execute Data Migration and data uploads into Odoo.* Perform Data Cleaning, Validation and Reconciliation before and after migration.* Prepare Excel / CSV import files, field mappings and validate imported records.* Migrate required Master Data and Opening Data for Go-Live.* Test workflows, access rights, approvals and business processes before production launch.* Perform End-to-End Testing across different Odoo modules.* Log, track and follow up on issues and bugs until resolution.* Perform Regression Testing after fixes and system changes.* Support users throughout the UAT process.* Conduct user training and explain system processes in Arabic.* Assist with preparation of user guides and operational documentation.* Prepare the Go-Live Checklist and Cutover Plan.* Support the transition from Staging to Production and validate configurations and migrated data.* Provide support during Go-Live and Post-Go-Live Stabilization.* Document testing results, migration activities, issues and resolutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Odoo Implementation, preferably Odoo 17/18 Enterprise.* Previous experience participating in successful Odoo Go-Live projects.* Good experience in Data Migration, Data Import and Data Validation.* Strong understanding of Odoo functional flows and business processes.* Good knowledge of Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, Excel/CSV, Access Rights, Workflows and Reporting.* Ability to identify data, configuration and workflow issues during testing.* Experience working with Staging and Production environments.* Ability to work systematically with Test Cases, UAT and Issue Tracking.* Fluency in Arabic — speaking, reading and writing — is mandatory.* Good English communication skills for technical terminology and documentation.* Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with users from different departments.Preferred:* Experience with Accounting, Purchasing, HR, Projects and Approval workflows.* Experience with multi-module Odoo implementations.* Previous implementation experience in the UAE or Arabic-speaking organizations.📍 Location: Ajman, UAE🧩 Engagement Type: Project-Based / Implementation & Go-Live Support🚀 Current Project Phase: Testing – UAT – Data Migration – Go-Live Preparation – Production Launch
