SLA, delivery P&L and governanceExecuted a transition/takeover of AMS from an incumbent SI (KT, shadow, reverse-shadow, service acceptance)ITIL 4-based incident, problem, change and release management with ServiceNowFinance process depth (R2R, P2P, O2C, month-end close) and Oracle quarterly-update governanceFluent English and Bahasa Indonesia; CFO/CIO-level communicationGood to HaveOracle Fusion Financials Implementation Professional certification [4]PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL 4 Managing ProfessionalTelecom or large-enterprise finance transformation experience in IndonesiaExposure to Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS/TRCS/ARCS), OIC and OCI operationsDelivered contractual YoY productivity via automation (Opkey, UiPath, AI ticket triage)Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
