Physics & Maths Faculty

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Physics & Mathematics Lecturer to teach B.Tech students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples and problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Physics and/or Mathematics to B.Tech students as per the academic curriculum.Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.Explain theoretical concepts with practical applications and real-world examples.Conduct lectures, tutorials, and doubt-clearing sessions.Prepare students for examinations through regular practice and assessments.Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.Maintain academic records and contribute to curriculum development.Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to improve student engagement.Required QualificationsFor Physics: M.Sc. in Physics or M.Tech/M.E. in a relevant discipline.For Mathematics: M.Sc. in Mathematics or M.Tech/M.E. in a relevant discipline.B.Tech students' relevant engineering subjects may be covered by candidates with appropriate academic qualifications and subject expertise.A Ph.D. is preferred but not mandatory.Required SkillsStrong command of core Physics and Mathematics concepts relevant to B.Tech.Excellent verbal communication and classroom management skills.Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and structured manner.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in teaching engineering students is preferred.Familiarity with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms is an advantage.ExperienceFreshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may apply.Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or engineering level will be an added advantage.
