You will orchestrate efforts across Business Functions, Frontline Employees, Internal IT, Executive Leadership, and External Tech Partners to diagnose, redesign, and embed Intelligent Automation & AI into our workflows. Your mission is to build a scalable, repeatable Process Excellence Program that delivers measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities🔍 Process Discovery & DiagnosisIdentify key end-to-end processes and establish clear operational and financial baselines.Utilize System & Process-Mining tools to analyze transaction flows.Leverage Task/Process Intelligence, frontline observations, and interviews to understand day-to-day operations.Synthesize evidence to pinpoint root causes of operational inefficiencies.💡 Process Redesign & Business CaseRedesign core processes prior to introducing automation.Strategically evaluate and decide where to implement System Changes, Automation, AI, Policy Adjustments, or Organizational Structure changes.Establish clear criteria for what should and should not be automated.🤖 Intelligent Automation & Technology EnablementLead and govern the implementation of Automation and AI solutions (acting as the strategic leader, not the direct developer).Coordinate the use of Power Automate, Process Mining, Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, and AI-assisted Analytics.Ensure seamless alignment with Microsoft Dynamics and existing custom applications.Evaluate and assess suitable platform vendors (e.g., Celonis, UiPath, KYP.ai).🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder LeadershipConnect and align Business Functions, Frontline Staff, IT, Executive Management, and External Partners.Manage technology and consulting vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Drive cross-departmental buy-in and serve as a fluent translator between business needs and technical language.📊 Benefits Realization & Performance MeasurementTrack and measure expected business value, cost savings, time efficiency, quality, and financial impacts.Report quantifiable performance metrics directly to executive leadership.Implement continuous improvement strategies when targets fall short.🏗️ Process Excellence Program & Capability BuildingEstablish a standardized, repeatable Process Excellence framework across the entire company.Create Playbooks, Standards, Toolkits, and process selection criteria.Drive internal capability building and prepare to scale the team across different business units (BUs).🛡️ Governance, Change Management & Data StewardshipLead organizational change management and foster employee adoption.Implement robust data governance regarding employee and sensitive company data.Ensure strict data privacy compliance, including PDPA.Proactively manage risks associated with process changes.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 10–15+ years of proven experience in Process/Operational Excellence, BPM, and Business/Digital Transformation.Track Record: Demonstrated success leading large-scale, end-to-end transformation initiatives with measurable business results.Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, IT departments, and external vendors/partners.Mindset: Strong strategic thinking with the courage to challenge legacy workflows and design innovative solutions.🌟 Preferred Background & Skills:Operational Excellence & Lean / Six SigmaBusiness Process Management (BPM)Business & Digital Transformation leadership
