Product Manager | DubaiFox Talent is partnering with a fintech that, following strong growth, is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key parts of its platform.This is an opportunity to own a product area end to end, working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to build products that customers rely on to manage their money.What you’ll be doingOwning the roadmap for your product area, from discovery and prioritisation through to deliveryWorking closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and define solutionsWriting clear product requirements and working with engineering and design to ship features quicklyUsing data to measure product performance, run experiments and guide decision-makingBalancing customer needs, commercial goals and regulatory requirements in product decisionsPartnering with compliance, risk and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory standardsWhat they’re looking for5+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech or financial servicesA track record of shipping digital products that have delivered measurable impactStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data, metrics and A/B testingExperience working in agile teams alongside engineering and designAn understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services, or the ability to pick it up quicklyExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsBonus: experience with payments, open banking, lending or B2B SaaS productsWhat’s on offerOwnership of a product area with real influence over direction and strategyThe chance to work on products with a rapidly growing userbaseA collaborative, fast-paced environment within a growing businessA competitive package with tangible, long term career growth plans.If you’re interested, apply here or message me directly for a confidential conversation.
