Production Chemist - Ahmedabad (East)Department: R&D (Ayurvedic) Qualifications: B.Pharm (Ayurveda) Job Summary / Role OverviewTo lead overall production operations for BabyOrgano, ensure GMP compliance is followed, get BMR/BPR documentation completed, and deliver production as per targets. Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: To prepare daily, weekly production schedules and get targets achieved- GMP Compliance: To get all production activities carried out as per cGMP, SOP, and regulatory guidelines- Documentation: Review and approval of BMR, BPR, logbooks- Team Management: To lead the production team, provide training, and conduct performance reviews- Quality: To ensure Right First Time production and reduce quality complaints- Machine & Process: To maintain efficiency, cleaning, and validation status of equipment- Safety: To ensure safety guidelines and housekeeping are followed- Coordination: To coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse Location: Amraiwadi, Ahmedabad
