The Intern will support daily operations such as assisting property consultants with client inquiries, scheduling viewings, and preparing basic documentation. Responsibilities include updating property listings, maintaining databases, and helping gather market data on current real estate trends. The Intern will also assist with organizing marketing materials, participating in social media and campaign activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. This role offers exposure to the real estate industry, client service practices, and property investment concepts in a professional, fast-paced environment.QualificationsAbility to support client-facing tasks, including clear communication, professional email etiquette, and basic customer service skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules, documents, and property information accurately.Comfort with basic research and data collection to assist in market analysis and property comparisons.Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn CRM or listing platforms.Interest in real estate, property investment, or related fields; prior exposure through coursework or projects is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.Strong ethical standards, reliability, and a willingness to learn from feedback and guidance.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in the UAE is a plus.
