The Job in a Nutshell💡As a QA Automation Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. The role focuses on test automation, API validation, and CI/CD integration to support fast, scalable, and high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

● Automation Test Planning & Design ● Review business requirements, system specifications, and technical design documents to ensure test automation coverage ● Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium ● Identify and prioritize test scenarios suitable for automation● Develop automated API test cases to validate backend services and integrations ● Test Execution, Monitoring & Defect Management ● Execute automated test suites across multiple environments ● Analyze test execution results and report defects with clear reproduction steps ● Perform automated regression testing for new releases and bug fixes ● Track issues to closure, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with development teams ● Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, system, and integration testing ● CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration ● Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines ● Utilize Git for version control of automation scripts and test assets ● Work closely with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth test execution within deployment pipelines ● Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication ● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and testing objectives ● Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives What Are We Looking For❓● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field ● 1-4 years of proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on test automation ● Proven experience in API testing and automation ● Hands-on experience building and maintaining UI test automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools ● Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases ● Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing ● Solid understanding of manual testing techniquesWhat We Offer You❗We believe you will love working at Servme!We have an inclusive and diverse culture that encourages innovation and flexibility in remote, in-office, and hybrid work setups.We offer highly competitive compensation packages, including bonuses and the potential for shares.We prioritize personal development and offer regular training and an annual learning stipend to tackle new challenges and grow your career in a hyper-growth environment.We offer autonomy, mentoring, and challenging goals that create incredible opportunities for both you and the company.Please apply using only the Apply Button in this job post.
