We are committed to delivering high-quality projects through experienced professionals, strong project management, and international construction standards.🔹 Position: QA/QC Engineer – CivilWe are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join our marine construction project in Basrah, Iraq.🔹 Key Requirements

• 8–12 years of total QA/QC experience in civil construction.
• Strong GCC experience is mandatory, preferably with major construction or infrastructure contractors.
• Mandatory experience in marine, offshore, port, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with jetties, quay walls, tubular piling, marine foundations, port infrastructure, concrete structures, or similar works is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, project specifications, approved drawings, and international quality standards.
• Hands-on experience preparing and implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Good knowledge of Method Statements, Material Submittals, Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), checklists, and quality records.
• Experience in concrete, reinforcement, piling, excavation, structural and marine civil works inspections.
• Experience with material testing, laboratory coordination, and review of test reports.
• Strong experience in identifying, documenting, and closing NCRs, observations, and corrective actions.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Ability to review civil/structural drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Experience in preparing QA/QC reports, inspection reports, quality dossiers, and handover documentation.
• Good understanding of HSE/HSSE requirements and the ability to ensure quality compliance without compromising safety.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging project environment and remote site conditions.
• Must be willing to relocate to Basrah, Iraq.
