We’re hiring 5 x Senior recruiters to join TCG in January! 🇺🇸 / 🇦🇪TCG is going from strength to strength and we’re building a recruitment business for ambitious recruiters who want more ownership, higher earnings and the opportunity to build something with us.Dubai base. New York market. Venture-backed technology companies across FinTech, HealthTech and AI.We’re looking for:

• 3 × Senior Tech Recruiters across Software Engineering & AI/ML
• 2 × GTM / Sales Recruiters, including one experienced recruiter to build that division and scale a team around them.You’ll join our Dubai HQ in DIFC, focused exclusively on the New York market.What’s on offer:
• Commission up to 60%
• Average fee size of $50k
• Quarterly trips to NYC 🗽
