Sales Director (Vietnamese Only)

Son Tien Eco-Tourism City is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales operations, accelerate business growth, and expand strategic partnerships across the Tourism, Hospitality, Entertainment, and F&B sectors.🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and revenue targets aligned with the company's growth objectives.Lead, manage, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve business goals.Identify new market opportunities and expand strategic partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and distribution partners.Oversee sales performance, revenue forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and F&B teams to drive integrated sales initiatives and enhance customer experiences.Lead key business negotiations and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic partners.Provide strategic recommendations and business performance reports to senior management.🔹 REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Entertainment, or F&B is highly preferred.Strong understanding of B2B sales, travel agencies, tour operators, and distribution networks.Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue growth, and strategic business development.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Strong command of English, both written and spoken.Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.🔹 WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary package, commensurate with experience and capabilities.Opportunity to lead and shape business growth at a large-scale tourism and entertainment destination.Professional working environment with long-term career development opportunities.Company shuttle service from Ho Chi Minh City.Staff accommodation available within the tourism complex.
