Role- Senior SAP FICO ConsultantExperience Range-7-12 YrsLocation- PuneTechnology: SAP S/4HANAEngagement: Implementation / Rollout / AMS Support Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 7–8 years of experience to support SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS activities. The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling processes, FSCM Credit Management, Intrastat, and relevant Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes.The candidate should have strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, S/4HANA Finance architecture, Universal Journal, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Controlling, Credit Management, statutory reporting, compliance requirements, and integration with MM, SD and other SAP modules.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions, preferably leveraging standard SAP functionality.
• Configure and support key SAP Finance processes.
• Work on S/4HANA-specific Finance functionality and support the transition from legacy SAP processes where applicable.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and its impact on FI/CO processes and reporting.
• Configure and support FSCM Credit Management, including credit master data, credit segments, credit limits, risk classes, scoring, credit checks, blocked documents, and credit exposure.
• Support integration of FSCM Credit Management with SD Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders and deliveries.
• Support Intrastat configuration and reporting, including relevant master data, transaction data, statistical values, movement of goods, and country-specific reporting requirements.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and service requests, including root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, EWM, PS and other relevant modules.
• Work closely with technical teams on RICEFW developments, enhancements, interfaces, forms, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Prepare functional specifications and provide functional guidance to ABAP/development teams.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business validation.
• Participate in Go-Live, cutover, Hypercare, and post-Go-Live stabilization activities.
• Support business users and key users by providing functional guidance, troubleshooting, and process support.
• Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, test scenarios, training material, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, controls enhancement, compliance improvement, and standard SAP adoption.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities where required.S/4HANA & Integration Skills
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture and end-to-end business processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Universal Journal and integration between FI and CO.
• Good knowledge of integration between FICO and MM, SD, PP, PM, PS, EWM and other relevant modules.
• Strong understanding of FSCM Credit Management and its integration with S/4HANA SD.
• Understanding of S/4HANA Business Partner and Customer/Supplier master concepts.
• Good understanding of credit exposure integration between Finance, Sales and Distribution processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA user experience is preferred.
• Understanding of Intrastat and statutory reporting requirements is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) concepts and integration with Finance processes is an advantage.
