This role is responsible for managing and maintaining servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Daily tasks include system configuration, monitoring, backups, patch management, and resolving incidents and service requests. The role involves leading troubleshooting efforts, providing advanced technical support to internal teams, and coordinating with vendors for hardware, software, and security solutions. The Senior System Administrator also contributes to infrastructure planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.QualificationsRequired Educational and Technical Background:Support includes, but is not limited to, PC hardware issues, PC operating systems installation and configurations, desktop applications, and network connectivity.Active Directory administration, Firewall Configuration.Microsoft 365 Administration.Hardware/Software/OS Level troubleshooting. Printer and file sharing.Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like centralized Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software.Networking concepts at the basics level – VLAN, Routers, and Switching, crimpingThis is a Senior position so must be understanding overall IT. Audits etc.Any bachelor's degree in computers or Any bachelor degree with Training in Computers and Networking Concepts.Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable.Good Understanding and Communication skills.Other:Joining immediate preferred.Office timing - 8.30am to 5:30pm.Alternative Saturday working.Mobile: mobile usage during work hours are restricted due to Data breach issues.
