With strong menu knowledge, natural communication skills and an eye for detail, you are confident in making recommendations, anticipating needs and adapting your approach to each guest.You work well within a team, remain composed during busy service periods and take pride in delivering a consistently thoughtful dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised food and beverage service.Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.Take and process orders accurately, ensuring dietary requirements and special requests are communicated clearly.Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and sequence of service.Anticipate guest needs, maintain appropriate service timing and respond promptly to requests.Develop thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods and available resort dining experiences.Coordinate closely with Culinary, Bar and fellow service colleagues to ensure smooth operations.Maintain clean, organised and properly prepared tables, service stations and dining areas.Process guest bills and payments accurately using the restaurant POS system.Recognise returning guests and contribute to maintaining guest preferences.Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.Support colleagues and assist with opening, closing and other operational duties as required.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a Server in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale restaurant.Good understanding of restaurant service procedures and food and beverage operations.Strong food and beverage knowledge, including menu ingredients and dietary requirements.Excellent communication skills in English; Russian or other languages are an advantage.Experience using Micros POS or a similar restaurant operating system is preferred.Ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining service quality and attention to detail.Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in guest service.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to distinctive dining experiences within a luxury beachfront resort.An exciting journey towards the opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.Competitive tax-free salary and service charge.Medical insurance, annual leave, flight benefits and end-of-service gratuity.Complimentary accommodation, transportation and employee meals.Learning, development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative Food & Beverage team where genuine hospitality and individual contributions are valued.Management LevelFood & Beverage | Line Staff
