Job SummaryLead site health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen safety culture, support sustainability initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and SOPs.Ensure OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.Manage corrective actions, safety documentation, and regulatory reporting.Lead employee safety training and emergency preparedness.Collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.Support sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and tracking environmental metrics.Promote continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture.QualificationsBachelor's degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or a related field preferred.3+ years of safety, environmental compliance, or manufacturing experience preferred.Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.Experience with safety policies, procedures, audits, and training.Familiarity with sustainability, waste management, and environmental reporting.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.OSHA certification and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
