You will be responsible for designing backend services, solving complex engineering problems, and building systems that can scale with business growth.Experience: 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using GolangOwn backend components/services end-to-end, from design and development to deployment and production supportParticipate in system design and architecture discussions and make appropriate technology and design decisionsDesign and implement REST APIs and distributed backend servicesWork with MongoDB and MySQL for data modeling, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuningBuild and maintain search and indexing solutions using ElasticsearchDesign and implement event-driven architectures using KafkaIdentify and resolve performance, scalability, reliability, and production issuesWrite clean, maintainable, testable, and production-ready codeConduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesCollaborate with Product, Frontend, Data, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teamsMentor junior engineers and contribute to improving the team's engineering standardsTake ownership of technical problems and drive them to resolutionRequired Skills4-6 years of professional software development experienceStrong hands-on experience with GolangStrong understanding and hands-on experience with System DesignExperience designing scalable and distributed systemsStrong experience with MongoDB, including:Data modelingIndexingQuery optimizationAggregationHands-on experience with MySQL and relational database conceptsHands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including indexing and search optimizationHands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systemsStrong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsGood understanding of concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and software design principlesStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsExperience working with production systems and troubleshooting complex issuesGood to HaveExperience working with AWS/GCP/AzureExperience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with CI/CD pipelinesExperience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or similarExperience building highly available and fault-tolerant systemsExperience working in a high-scale consumer/product environment
