You are dependable, efficient and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure that kitchen teams have the equipment and supplies they need.With a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues, you contribute to a workplace where hygiene, safety and teamwork are consistently maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesClean, wash and sanitise chinaware, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment according to established standards.Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchens, dishwashing areas, storage rooms and designated back-of-house facilities.Ensure proper handling, storage and transportation of kitchen equipment to prevent damage and breakage.Follow established food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures, including HACCP requirements.Use cleaning chemicals and sanitising products safely in accordance with approved instructions.Assist with the collection, segregation and disposal of kitchen waste in designated areas.Support the Culinary and F&B teams by ensuring the timely availability of clean equipment during service and events.Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns and unsafe conditions to the Stewarding Supervisor.Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, work surfaces and designated kitchen areas.Assist with deep-cleaning activities and scheduled cleaning assignments.Follow all health, safety and workplace procedures while maintaining a cooperative and professional attitude.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious stewarding or kitchen cleaning experience within a hotel, resort or restaurant is preferred.Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, sanitation and food safety practices.Familiarity with dishwashing equipment and cleaning chemicals is an advantage.Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards consistently.Basic English communication skills.Physically capable of performing duties that involve standing, lifting and working in a busy kitchen environment.Reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a team.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.What We OfferThe opportunity to support the culinary operations of a distinctive luxury beachfront resort.An exciting journey towards the opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah.Competitive tax-free salary and service charge.Medical insurance, annual leave, flight benefits and end-of-service gratuity.Complimentary accommodation, transportation and employee meals.Training, development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative Culinary team where safety, teamwork and individual contributions are valued.Management LevelStewarding | Line Staff
