Strategy Consultant

We are partnering with a prominent UAE organisation to appoint an experienced Strategy Consultant who will work directly with the CEO on high-impact strategic and business transformation initiatives.This opportunity is ideal for someone coming from a management consulting or strategy advisory background who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with senior leadership, and turning strategic ideas into measurable business outcomes.What we're looking for:5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or business transformation.Proven experience delivering multiple strategic projects across different business functions.Exposure to UAE government or semi-government projects is highly desirable.Strong capabilities in strategic planning, operational excellence, process improvement, and project execution.Excellent communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.A confident, proactive individual who can independently drive initiatives from concept through implementation.Previous experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.Candidates from established management consulting and advisory firms are particularly encouraged to apply.We are looking to move quickly, so candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period will be prioritised.DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
