Employment Type: Full-TimeNationality: Open to All NationalitiesDriving Licence: Valid Driving Licence RequiredJob OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-oriented Student Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process, understand their educational goals and recommend suitable courses or programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding available courses and educational programmes.Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests and career goals.Provide information about course details, admission requirements and fees.Handle student enquiries through calls, emails and walk-ins.Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into enrolments.Assist students with application and admission procedures.Maintain student records and update enquiry databases.Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.Previous experience in student counselling, educational consultancy or sales is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service and convincing abilities.Good follow-up and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Valid driving licence is mandatory.Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply.How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their updated CV at hello@whizzhr.com.
