The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in delivering lessons, preparing classroom materials, and organizing learning activities. Daily tasks include assisting with instructional sessions, guiding students through exercises, providing additional support to learners who need help, and helping maintain a positive and safe classroom environment. The role also involves monitoring student progress, supporting classroom management, and communicating with teachers and staff to ensure effective coordination. The Teaching Assistant may assist with basic administrative duties related to classes and student records as needed.Qualifications Ability to perform Assistant Teaching duties, including supporting lesson delivery and classroom activities.Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, teachers, and caregivers.Background or interest in Education, particularly in supporting learning for school-aged children.Basic understanding of Mathematics to assist students with foundational math concepts.Experience or comfort Working With Children in educational or childcare settings.Patience, empathy, and a student-centered mindset.Organizational skills and reliability in managing classroom tasks.Diploma or degree in Education or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in English communication is an advantage.
