Apply Edge started because applying to jobs was the worst part of building a career — repetitive, opaque, soul-crushing. Every application asked for a slightly different resume. Every ATS rejected the formatting. Every recruiter ghosted.
We built the tool we needed: an honest AI assistant that drafts, scores, tailors, and tracks — without sending anything until you say so. Three years in, hundreds of thousands of people use it to land roles every month. We're profitable, small, and based in Dubai.

Substance over fluff
We don't generate buzzword soup. Every bullet on a tailored resume points to specific evidence in your real work history. If we can't ground a claim, we don't write it.
Speed without spam
The opposite. We help you send sharper applications — tailored to roles that actually fit, only after your job profile is properly defined. We'd rather you send 25 thoughtful applications a week than 250 bad ones.
Your data, your call
We don't sell data. Resumes never leave for an employer until you press Send. You can export and delete everything from Settings → Data anytime.
Honest about AI
AI drafts. You read, edit, and own the result. Apply Edge will never send anything you haven't reviewed and approved.
Built on how hiring actually works
Our ATS scoring and tailoring engine is trained on real recruiter feedback and parsing-system behavior — not guesswork. Keyword density, section ordering, format compatibility: every recommendation traces back to how applicant tracking systems actually read your resume.
Encrypted at every layer
Credentials are AES-256 encrypted at rest. All traffic is TLS 1.3. Sensitive fields (EEO data, salary expectations) are stored in isolated encrypted blobs that even our own team can't read without your session key.

Launched the resume builder + ATS checker. 12,000 sign-ups in the first 90 days.
Tailoring + Apply Assist
Shipped AI tailoring, the Kanban tracker, and Apply Assist. Crossed 100,000 active users.
Where we are now
350,000+ resumes built. 1.2M+ tailored applications sent. Profitable. Still based in Dubai. Still small.
A small team in a global city.
We're headquartered in Dubai because it sits at a crossroads — South Asian, European, African, and East Asian job markets all overlap here. Our users are everywhere, and so is our team (Lisbon, Bangalore, Manila, Sao Paulo). Our legal entity formation is still in progress, and our registered address is pending.
Apply Edge is bootstrapped and profitable. We've never raised. We have no plans to.
