WhizzHR is hiring an Audit & Tax Specialist in DubaiWe are seeking a highly motivated Audit & Tax Specialist to join of one our client which into fintech . The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and corporate tax requirements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct audits of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.Prepare and file VAT returns for clients, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT laws.Assist clients in VAT registration and provide guidance on VAT-related matters.Handle UAE corporate tax matters, including computations and filings.Conduct internal compliance reviews and provide recommendations to improve processes.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting our clients.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve audit findings and compliance issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CA Inter, CA Final, or ACCA qualification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, tax, or compliance roles in UAEStrong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT registration, VAT filing, and corporate tax.Experience with audit methodologies and financial reporting practices.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.Proficiency in Tally or ERP Software like Zoho, Quick books, ERPNext
